1. These terms
They apply to quotations and work by Kretivco Mediaworks, including KretivPrint, KretivTech, KretivBrand and KretivEvent. Anything in your quotation or a written agreement with us takes priority over these general terms.
2. Quotations
A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. Prices depend on the specification (size, material, quantity, finishing and timeline). If the specification changes, the price may too, and we'll confirm with you before going ahead.
3. Confirming a job and paying
A job starts once you accept the quotation and pay the deposit stated in it. The balance is due as stated on the invoice, usually before delivery or before the event or launch. We may pause work while a payment is overdue.
4. Artwork and approval
For print, we send a proof before anything is printed. Please check spelling, numbers, contact details, sizes and colours carefully: we print what you approve. Changes after approval, or once production has started, may be charged.
Files you supply should be at print resolution. We'll tell you if a file isn't good enough, but if you ask us to use it anyway, we can't be responsible for the result.
5. Colour
Colours look different on screens and in print, and vary between materials such as fabric, vinyl and paper. If an exact colour matters, tell us before we quote and ask for a physical proof.
6. Your content
You confirm that you have the right to use the logos, images, text and other material you give us, and you remain responsible for them.
7. Timelines, delivery and installation
Timelines start from artwork approval and payment of the deposit. We keep you updated and tell you early about any delay. Delivery and installation depend on access to the site. Permits and landlord or venue approvals for signage and installations are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.
8. If something is wrong
Please check your items when they arrive and tell us as soon as possible, and within 7 days of delivery, with photos. If the fault is ours (a misprint, or the wrong size or material against the approved proof, or damage before handover), we'll reprint or fix it, or refund the affected items.
We can't take back items printed as approved, or damaged after handover.
9. Events
Your quotation sets out what's included. If you postpone or cancel, the deposit and any costs we've already committed on your behalf, such as the venue, vendors, bookings and printed materials, may not be refundable. Your quotation gives the details. Final guest numbers and changes need to reach us by the date we agree.
10. Design and technology projects
The scope is set out in the quotation, and anything outside it is quoted separately. The final design or software becomes yours once it is paid in full, except for third-party parts such as fonts, stock images, plugins, hosting and subscriptions, which stay under their own licences and costs. Our own products, such as KretivPOS and Undangan.my, have their own terms.
We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
11. Our responsibility
Our responsibility for any job is limited to the value of that job. We aren't responsible for indirect losses, or for delays caused by things outside our control, such as supplier shortages, weather or decisions by a venue.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
